Ah Boys To Men's Joshua Tan Goes Public With Girlfriend After Dating For 7 Months
Yes, you read that right. Joshua Tan just went official with his girlfriend!

The 27-year-old Ah Boys To Men (ABTM) main lead Joshua have been dating his 21-year-old Singaporean girlfriend Zoen Tay for about 7 months now.
In fact, he recently flew over to the land down under for their 7th monthsary (wow!). In a phone interview with Toggle, Joshua shed more light about this new love:
I actually flew over here to celebrate our seventh monthsary. I'm still filming You Can Be An Angel 3 right now and this is the only four-day window I could find to fly here, so that’s what I did.
Wow, that's some real dedication right there.
The two lovebirds are currently in a long-distance relationship as Zoen's enrolled in medical school and will be based in Australia for at least a good few years.
When asked about their readiness to go public with their relationship, Joshua confidently said:
We feel that we’re ready (to go public). We’ve known each other for more than a year, (our relationship) is quite stable and there’s no need for us to hide any longer. Only the people that we wanted to know about the relationship knew about it - the people closest to us, our friends and families. We didn’t want to put pressure on our relationship. Some people might be skeptical (of us) because of my job, especially since actors have a certain reputation.
Looking at the nature of social media and how Singaporeans generally are, we think it definitely took a lot for the two to come out and be open about their relationship; especially when Joshua is a notable public figure in Singapore. After all, everyone who watched Ah Boys To Men must know him.
They Found Love In A Muay Thai Gym

We know there are hot guys at the gym but who knew that Zoen would find a star in the muay thai gym she goes to?
During one of her winter breaks, Zoen came back to Singapore and this was when her best friend used 'Muay Thai gym mates' as an 'excuse' and arranged a meeting for the two! After hanging out, things just "progressed naturally". Awwwww!
The road to becoming a medical practitioner (for Zoen) is not easy and it can also take up quite a number of years. Life as an actor isn't one to be belittled too. We're sure they are busy in their rspective lives but let's hope it all goes well for them because we are rooting for this cute couple!
