Make These Cute Rilakkuma & Kaoru Snacks That Will Chase Away Your Monday Blues

#1 Rilakkuma Pound Cake 

Ingredients needed:
- 1 cup of unsalted butter in room temperature
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 can sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Ready-make chocolate pound cake
- Chocolate icing/chocolate sprinkles

How to make:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees first. Add butter to the pan and dust the pan with flour, and tap out the excess.
- Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat butter and sugar until they turned light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, followed by adding vanilla and salt. Turn the mixer to low speed and gradually add the flour until the entire batter is combined.
- Scrape the batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Ensure that you run a knife through the batter to tap the pan so as to remove trapped air in the batter.
- Bake until golden brown and using a toothpick, insert it into the center of the cake.
- There should be moist crumbs that are on the toothpick.
- Using the Rilakkuma cutter, cut the ready-chocolate cake to form a Rilakkuma face.
- Add the ready-made Rilakkuma chocolate cake onto the butter pound cake and put it back into the oven.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes and invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Add some chocolate icing/icing of your choice to form Rilakkuma's face.

#2 Rilakkuma Sandwiches

Ingredients needed:
- 6 slices of bread
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 lettuce
- Chocolate sprinkles
- Strawberry jam
- 2 bananas
- Nutella
- Eggs

How to make:
- Using a Rilakkuma cutter, shape the plain pieces of bread into a Rilakkuma face.
- Optional: Add it to the toaster. Remove it from the toaster when done.
- Slice the banana into smaller pieces to add as Rilakkuma's nose.
- Add Nutella and chocolate icing to form the eyes and mouth of Rilakkuma.
- Add strawberry jam to form Rilakkuma's ears.
- Place Rilakkuma bread to the serving plate. Add lettuce and tomatoes to the serving plate as decorations.

#3 Rilakkuma Strawberry Cookies 

Ingredients needed:
- Any pink strawberry chocolate of your choice
- 1 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of cornstarch
- Sugar
- Vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- All-purpose flour
- Salt
- Milk
- Strawberry and chocolate icing
- Cooking spray

How to make:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees with 2 baking sheets.
- Cream butter with cooking spray, sugar, egg yolk, salt, and vanilla extract until fluffy. Add in the milk and mix well.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour and cornstarch. Use a spatula and your hands to mix the dough.
- Continue to mix the dough until it becomes soft for 10 minutes. Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Pour the strawberry chocolates onto a big mixing bowl and heat it up.
- Mix and grind it until it is fully melted.
- Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thick.
- Pour the dough into the melted strawberry chocolate while using a Rilakkuma cutter so as to form the cookie dough.
- Place the Rilakkuma cookies on the baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes. Cookies are supposed to be light brown.
- Cool the cookies.
