Make Your Own Simple & Tasty Avocado Ice Cream At Home

Avocados are such a versatile fruit that can be added to almost anything — a smoothie, cakes, or even ice cream. Fret not, you don't need any ice cream maker to make this yummy and creamy avocado ice cream! ?

Ingredients needed:
- 2 ripe avocados
- Lemon juice
- Canned coconut milk / condensed creamer
- Chocolate bits
- Ripe banana
- Maple syrup

How to make:
- Blend the avocados, ripe banana, maple syrup, lemon juice and condensed milk all together in a blender machine. When you blend it, it should look like a super thick vibrant green smoothie, and that's exactly what we’re looking for!
- When the mixture is smooth and consistent, transfer it from the blender to a pan, and allow it to freeze for 4 hours. And there, you've got homemade avocado ice cream!
- Add chocolate bits to the ice cream to sweeten it or any condiments of your choice.
