Just like there are exercises you can do for a slimmer and toned body, there are also easy exercises you can do right at home to reduce the appearance of a double chin.

Position your tongue against your upper jaw and hold your thumbs behind your lower jawbone such that your chin is raised and stretched forward. Slowly push forward from behind your ear to your chin. Repeat for one minute and do six sets a day.
Look straight ahead, open your mouth as wide as you can and slowly tilt your head backwards to its maximum. Close your mouth and you will feel a stretch on your neck. Repeat for 30 seconds and do six sets a day.
Start from your temple and run your fingers down the contour of your face, to the corner of your jaw and then to the neck. Repeat for one minute and do one set a day.
Stretch your head diagonally downward until you feel a stretch. Repeat for one minute and do one set a day.
Massage your face by running your fingers through the corner of the mouth to the ear in an upwards direction. Hold your fingers in place at your ear for three seconds and massage in circular motions. Repeat 30 times.
Fill your mouth with air and blow it all out. Repeat 30 times.
Do these simple facial exercises every day and you'll start to notice a difference in your double chin!
