The Strings Omotesandoh Hotel in Tokyo has collaborated with shoe brand HIMIKO to create this ultra-kawaii parfait (2,100 yen, ~S$26.18) shaped like a poodle! ??

If you're wondering why it's called Amari, it's because that's the name of a pink poodle character from HIMIKO's original web story, Mistery of on amari.

The fluffy poodle silhouette is made of raspberry-flavoured bubbles, the drooping ears are berry cream and black beans are used to make the poodle's eyes and nose.

Part of the dining area is pet-friendly so you may be able to spot some furry friends accompanying their humans to the cafe. If you want to bring home a souvenir, you can get accessories such as antique keys, old books, pocket watches designed with the motifs of the story.
