Staying up at night is a big beauty no-no! ?‍♀️ The best time to sleep is around 10pm as your body will repair itself as you sleep at night. Try not to stay up past 11pm as the body repairs itself from 11pm to 2am and sleeping during this time will aid with the body repair process.

#2 Best position to sleep in

Your sleeping position actually affects your sleep quality! Fix your messy sleeping positions and try these positions:

  • Sleeping on your back: Doing so will minimise facial contact with your pillow, reducing facial wrinkles and pimples.
  • Sleeping on your side: Doing so aids with blood circulation and decreases acid reflux but risks causing wrinkles and pimples on one side of your face.

#3 Choose items that allow you to sleep better

To improve your sleep quality, you can try using a few items that will help lull you into a deep slumber:

  • Scented Candle

Choose a scent that aids relaxation such as lavender or a scent that you are comfortable with. Light them just before you sleep and let the scent soothe you to sleep.

  • Soft Music

If sleeping does not come easy for you, you can try playing some soft and slow music, preferably without lyrics so you can fall asleep much easier.

  • Eye Mask

Choose one that will block out light completely, especially if you are a light sleeper.

  • Beauty Pillow/Pillowcase

There are many pillows out in the market that specially caters to girls who don't want wrinkles. Try a silk pillow case or a pillow that will prevent wrinkles and pimples on your face.
