Gone are the days where two people meet on the streets and experience 'love at first sight'. These days, we are seeing more of 'love at first swipe'.

At the rate that modern dating is going, it won't be long before our grandkids ask "Hey, which app did you meet grandpa?"

Tinder is one of the most common dating apps for anyone and everyone who's single (or not). Girls who's been on it long enough will know that there are generally a few types of guys we'd meet on such apps but they are all after one thing.

1. The One Who Can't Keep Their Hands (Or Their Whatever) To One Person

Guys like these are what we refer to as 'wolves in sheep's clothing'. They would dress like a gentleman, treat you like a lady. Just when you thought everything was going well and that you finally found the 'right guy', they dropped the bomb- "Actually I have a girlfriend."

No girl should ever go through this. Girls, just remember: No matter how perfect he may seem or how much in love (most likely infatuation) you are with him, WALK AWAY.

2. The Ones Who Just Want to F*ck Around

"It's not you, it's me" is a line you'll probably hear often. These guys would hold your hands, caress your face and run their fingers through your hair but they can't seem to commit to a relationship. By the time you try to get out of it, it might already be too late (if you know what I mean).

In this comic, the artist Gabrielle depict them as 'foxes'. What does it mean? I can't help but interpret it as the fact that these guys are just sly foxes who is just after your body.

This is sadly real and happen more often than we hope it to. Sometimes we meet guys like this who appear to be everything we want. They are warm, humorous, listen to our kind of music and is basically Mr Right.

We'd do anything in our power to make them happy and to just spend another moment with them but at the end of the day; we know what they mean to us but sadly... they don't. They spend time with us because they need company and we happen to be there.

Everyone goes for looks and things get realer in the world of dating apps. In order to get more swipes and increase their chances of meeting more good looking partners, it's a must to put up your best photo as your profile pic.

But what happens when the 'handsome guys' don't respond to our messages? We settle for second best and pray that things work out. If they don't have Prince Charming looks, maybe they might have an A+ personality, right? For girls, it's looks first then comes personality.
