There's A Dreamy New L’OCCITANE-Inspired Afternoon Tea At Pullman Singapore Hill Street
We wouldn't have thought to pair the two together, but L'OCCITANE and Pullman Singapore Hill Street prove to be a stellar match. This festive season, the duo's exclusive collaboration has brought us two indulgent experiences: The Grand Voyage, an exquisite L'OCCITANE Afternoon Tea, or The Grand Holiday Escape, a dreamy staycation package.
The picture-perfect afternoon tea in served at Madison's, the hotel's all-day restaurant that oozes luxury train vibes. On the menu are sweets and savouries inspired by two of L'OCCITANE's Holiday Edition fragrances, the Rose Citron Meyer and the Citron Luminciana. As such, diners can expect decadent treats with aromatic rose and citrus infusions.
Like all the iterations of the afternoon tea, the magic starts even before you see the food. It's presented in a gorgeous vintage trunk that you can unlock with a key and find the three layers of delicate morsels inside.

Start with five savouries including rich Foie Gras Terrine served on toasted brioche with chestnut and roasted grape chutney, the luscious Oscietra atop delicate blinis with lobster jelly and lemon confit, and the Smoked Turkey Ham Slider with creamy camembert, cranberry and arugula.
After that, satiate your sweet tooth with the spread of nine sweets! Get in the festive mood with Christmas-inspired delights like cranberry Scones, Red Velvet Cupcakes and Lemon Tarts. Then, complete the feast with more desserts like wild berry Cheesecake and Hazelnut Choux Puff.
All this is accompanied by a pot of tea with selections including Blood Orange & Eucalyptus and Ginger Honey & Mint.
