There's A Doraemon Pop-Up At Velocity@Novena Square With Photo Ops, Custom Bags, Themed Churros & More

Can't resist anything Doraemon? Consider your festive weekend plans settled! There's an adorable Doraemon Pop-up at Velocity@Novena Square from 15 November to 8 December. Shoppers will be treated to photo ops with life-sized Doraemon installations, customised merchandise, themed snacks, a meet & greet and more. The Doraemon fun will also be happening at other UOL Malls -  KINEX, United Square and Odeon.

The central atrium of the mall has been taken over by towering installations of the cute cat-like robot complete with mood-boosting music from the Doraemon TV series.

While posing for photos with these giant Doraemons, you'll come across a Doraemon Challenge wall. Simply complete all six of tasks by scanning the QR codes (it's fairly easy if you're a true Doraemon fan) and you'll get a go at the gachapon machine to win prizes.

Fancy some personalised Doraemon swag? Head over to the workshop zone to create your own personalised Doraemon Bag and matching Bag Tag with iron-on patches. This workshop is complimentary for shoppers who make a minimum spend of $100 at the mall.

If you're craving something indulgent, this pop-up has you covered too. Swing by the Twist & Buckle stand to try the exclusive Doraemon-inspired Churros with pastel blue sea salt soft serve and a sprinkle of marshmallows and white chocolate. This flavour will be a hit among kids and those with a sweet tooth, but there are more options that'll delight any tastebud: Movie Night, Cookies & Cream, Hazel Lah and Matcha Crunch.

Doraemon & Friends Live Show with Meet & Greet

Grab your kiddos and bring them to KINEX and United Square as Doraemon and his friends will be putting on a 25-minute musical filled with festive cheer.

• KINEX: 22 November - 1 December, excluding 26 November | Weekdays: 4pm, 7pm, Weekends: 1pm, 4pm, 7pm
• United Square: 5 – 15 December, excluding 10 December | Weekdays: 1pm, 7pm Weekends: 1pm, 4pm, 7pm

There's also a chance to get up close with the characters! Shoppers who spend $30 in a single same-day receipt at participating malls will receive an exclusive pass for a meet & greet with Doraemon, Dorami and Nobita.

As the cherry on top of this magical experience, shoppers at KINEX (20 December to 1 January) and United Square (15 November to 25 December) will experience snowfall for the complete festive vibe.
