From 6 December, Chara Brasserie will start teasing some of its festive line-up as they pop up on rotation among the Mediterranean and Asian spread. That includes the slow-cooked Jinglebell Rib Roast Tomahawk beef, a delectable Merry Bird Roast turkey with chestnut stuffing, and Baked Spicy Mackerel Mousse Salmon Wellington elevated with a local twist reminiscent of otah.
By 20 December, the holiday feast will kick into high gear.
