If you're a fan of crisp and chewy Mochi Waffles ($9.90), Café Usagi TOKYO has them in four mouthwatering flavours: Coconut, Chocolate, Coffee, and Matcha. Each plate also comes with an airy and fluffy rabbit-shaped madeleine, making it look perfect for the 'gram!
As an extra-special treat for the Easter festivities, you can add-on a scoop of the cafe's signature Handcrafted Ice Cream (U.P. +$6) with any order of the Flavoured Mochi Waffle, from 23 to 31 March. This offer will be available at all Café Usagi TOKYO outlets islandwide.

Traditional Japanese desserts just have a certain charm to them. After all, it's not every day that we find freshly-made mochi stuffed with juicy fruits like these Handmade Daifuku Fruit Mochi ($5.50-$8.80). Diners can pick from delectable mochi containing Strawberry, Shine Muscat, Orange, or Kiwi, all of which promise a burst of flavour inside!
Ice Cream Parfaits

As we all know, there's no better way to beat the heat than by digging into a parfait (or three). Café Usagi TOKYO's Ice Cream Parfaits ($13.50-$17.50) are colourful, filled to the brim with toppings, and rather large, which means you'll get that bang for your buck.
In fact, tackling these will probably warrant having to bring a friend or two along to share… leaving just one important decision to be made: Strawberry, Matcha, or Hojicha?
