Seafood lovers will adore this squid starter, which blends Fukuoka Aori ika tartar with Yuzu Dashi Jelly and Cauliflower Mousse. We found the dish to be a great balance of sweet and savoury, leaving us excited for the next dish.

What goes better together than chicken soup and toast? It seems like Dew has got an answer to that, and we're kind of in love with it! The second course is a mini cup of Roasted Chicken and Basil Broth with Spicy Jalapeno Toast — which melds harmoniously together to create a symphony of flavours. Even though the serving size is quite tiny, this will pay off in the later courses which will fully utilise all the room in your belly.

Live out your Lady and the Tramp fantasies with this tasty Aburi Hokkaido Sakura-masu Tagliatelle dish, which comes with a creamy porcini sauce. Each piece of well-seasoned salmon adds an umami flavour to the dish, making it extremely enjoyable overall.

If your ideal slice of meat is cooked to melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, the Braised Australian Wagyu Cheek with Sour and Umami Sauce is going to be the highlight of this meal — the beef is so soft that we didn't need a knife to cut through it! Plus, the crunchy veggies and dollops of whipped potato provide a delicious complement to the juicy wagyu.

End off your meal with some velvety cacao goodness, courtesy of this Chocolate Terrine topped with framboise granita! The citrusy tanginess cuts through the thickness of the deep chocolate flavour so that it doesn't get too overwhelming. We also love that these terrines don't taste too sweet, which means that finishing a slice each is pretty easy.
From 13 - 16 February 2024, you and your loved one can indulge in this intimate Valentine's Day 5-course experience priced at $180 for two diners. We recommend making reservations early to avoid disappointment!
