Paris is, no doubt, romanticised, so if you want to experience the idyllic Parisian dream without risk of getting Paris Syndrome, PS.Cafe at Marina Bay Sands is the place to be.
Its latest and 11th outpost, the Parisian-inspired PS.Cafe features the brand's signature black and white aesthetic with little details that'll immerse diners in the "Paris cafe" scene. The cafe will also offer outlet-exclusive dishes with local flavours along with their classic menu items.
Ambience at PS.Cafe Marina Bay Sands
The 86-seater cafe sits on the floating island suspended within the Canal At The Shoppes. With natural light streaming from the rooftop and comfortable shelter from the striped parasols, dining here had an alfresco-like ambience with all the comforts of air conditioning.
Completing the Parisian experience is soothing French music playing in the background. There's even sounds of nature, like birds chirping, thrown in to bring home that outdoor vibe.

Food at PS.Cafe Marina Bay Sands
The extensive outlet menu features three exclusive dishes that come in generous portions typical of PS.Cafe's mains. And as expected from its tourist-y location, these dishes are inspired by local cuisine.
First is the comforting, flavour-packed Buttermilk Chicken Nasi Lemak ($26). The tender and juicy chicken was fried to a perfect crisp that paired well with the fragrant coconut rice. It's served with pickled vegetables and a fried sunny side up egg.

For something with a lil' spicy kick, the Duck Confit Curry with Crispy Roti ($29) is the dish to try. It comes with a crispy duck leg, fried potato cutlets and crispy roti drenched in a rich curry sauce.

If you're in the mood for good ol' fried chicken and fries, you can't go wrong with Chicken in a Basket ($30). The basket comes with succulent chicken tenders on a bed of shoestring fries with tamarind chilli and kaffir lime aioli dipping sauces. This dish also makes for a great sharing plate to satisfy your fried chicken cravings while sharing the calories and guilt.
