Here's a hot take: everything tastes better when deep-fried! We can soon put ice cream to this test as Frozen Heart, the world's first fried ice cream brand hailing from Taiwan, is opening its first store in Singapore on 8 July.
Located at Jewel Changi Airport, the Frozen Heart takeaway kiosk will offer a range of Fried Ice Cream ($3.80 - $4.50 each) in adorable shapes like hearts and bears.

Creamy and rich ice cream is wrapped in high-quality milk toast that's then deep-fried to crispy perfection. These little sandwiches offer a lovely contrast of textures from the piping hot and crunchy fried bread with the cold, velvety ice cream filling.
