My Melody Makeup Collection Looks So Great We Bought Them ALL
As a child, I loved My Melody so much that I had all the My Melody memorabilia. From the lunch box set, the handkerchief and even my school bag! (I was only 7 years old, so it was legit)
We were completely psyched to discover the Cute Press x My Melody makeup collection! Time to relive our fondest childhood memories!

Cute Press is a popular brand from Thailand and they recently launched a new range of products featuring My Melody!
It's highly affordable too!

There is a brush set, pore blurring powder, cheek tints, lip tints and an eyeshadow palette.

The Pore Blurring Pact comes in a sweet pastel Blue and pastel Pink shade. It's good for absorbing sebum and covering those huge pores, giving your face that flawless look without photoshop!
It gave our face a matte look for up to 8 hours even under the sweltering heat! Wooooo! Say goodbye to oil slicks and 'Kuali' (frying wok) face!

There is also a Liquid Blush Collection, available in many shades. These blushes glide on smoothly, are easy to blend and give a natural glow. Much better then certain liquid blushes which have a streaky effect or look far too unnatural.

Get that healthy glow and a girl-next-door appearance with their sweet and subtle colours.
The Tinted Lip Balm comes in many bold shades. They are moisturising and our lips didn't feel dry even after spending the entire afternoon in an air-conditioned room.

The tubes are uber-cute and it's worth collecting all of the designs. They are small and handy enough to slip into your purse for a quick touch up after meals.

The Eye Shadow Palettes comes in two different variations.
One for day and one for night use. The lighter shades are for day time use because *obviously* you don't want to scare people (It's the Hungry Ghost Festival now) or people to mistaken you for a 'Getai' or Opera Singer.
The bolder, darker shades are for night time use....because obviously your makeup needs to be more prominent in case the lights are dim right? :P

Has a cute little mirror too so you can touch up on to go (or on the public transport) and a cute little brush for clumsy fingers.

Our favourite item in the entire collection had to be the "Little Musicians Brush Set", which as it's name suggests....is a box of brushes. No surprise there!
For one, the box is cute ok? So even if I ain't using the brushes, it looks good on my table because, we girls are just superficial.
For two, every girl needs proper brushes. Because makeup is an art. And fingers are for amateurs. Or kids. (And a breeding ground for noxious bacteria which you don't want on your face)
So if you need just one item from this set...it's a proper collection of brushes!

There are many Cute Press stores in Thailand. And before you ask me 'then why the heck you tell me about this when I cannot buy in Singapore', fear not.
We can request for these items on Airfrov! Or just get a friend going to Thailand to buy some back for you. (Or if you are rich and impractical enough to get an air ticket to Bangkok, you could too)
Some of the Cute Press stores are located in the city centre of Bangkok. They have one in Bangkok MBK Centre and Bangkok Big C Ratchadamri. (supermarket)
Get your 'Love And Harmony' Collection Asap before they become extinct! We have gotten the entire set and we are just loving these cute and girly little items!
