Samantha Tan From AGGA Had Her Pre-Wedding Shoot At Keisuke Ramen & Got Those Japan Vibes Down Pat
Pre-wedding shoots in Singapore are often done at our local landmarks or nature spots such as reservoirs and parks. Lovebirds who’d rather not sweat outdoors tend to opt for studios (such as this gorgeous themed studio with romantic floral decor). But Samantha Tan of ex-NOC and Ah Girls Go Army fame, who’s now with SGAG, chose to do things a little differently by having her couple photoshoot at Keisuke Ramen - a well-loved ramen chain restaurant in Singapore.

You must’ve seen news of Samantha Tan’s wedding, where she had a beautiful church solemnisation with at least 10 sunflower-bearing children walking down the aisle before her, followed by a hearty dinner reception where her idol Song Joong Ki made a surprise “appearance”. While that happy occasion was certainly something to gush over, we think that her cute and unique pre-wedding shoot photos are also worthy of a mention.

For those who didn’t know, Samantha and her now-husband Julius had their first date at Keisuke Ramen (which you can read about in point #4 here) and every year on their anniversary, they go back to relive those sweet moments.
From the looks of it, this particular outlet is probably Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King Four Seasons - which incidentally happens to be one of the more spacious and well-decorated branches of the Japanese chain. As its name suggests, this Bugis outlet boasts murals of Japan in various seasons, along with other props such as traditional paper fans, daruma dolls, and matsuri lanterns.

It appears that Samantha got emotional at certain points of the shoot, judging from how she was captured dabbing at her eyes with tissues. Needless to say, these photos are tugging at our heartstrings too! ?

Samantha and Julius’ pre-wedding photographs were shot by an Amabelle Ang, the same photographer who was hired to capture the special moments on the couple’s actual wedding day. Check out the behind-the-scenes video reel of this Keisuke Ramen pre-wedding shoot below:
