For the uninitiated, the Aperol Spritz is basically an aperitif paired with prosecco, soda water, and an orange slice. Drink seekers can embark on either a self-guided bar crawl that will have them explore five participating bars at their own pace or take it up a notch with a guided aperitivo experience—food pairings included. These will take place within four key districts; Bayfront, Chinatown, East Coast, and Riverwalk.

Priced at $72.50 per pax, the self-guided bar crawl lets you pick one of the four above-mentioned districts. For instance, the Bayfront Pass kicks off at Da Paolo Gastronomia and takes you down a scenic route with stops including Picotin Waterboat House and Vue.

Meanwhile, the Chinatown Pass lets you drink your way along the Keong Saik neighbourhood, with pit stops including The Guild and Pocket Rocket. Those with the East Coast Pass will be checking out the quaint Little Italy and the Caribbean-inspired Lime House.

If you’ve got the Riverwalk Pass, expect to visit the buzzy Boat Quay area including bars like Rosso Vino, as well as The Kongsee. Each self-guided bar crawl pass includes five glasses of Aperol Spritz and a goodie bag of accessories.
