The in-house craftsmen will start working on your jewellery right away, and you can observe each step of the restoration process, which consists of: 

  1. Tightening the settings of the gemstones or diamonds;
  2. Polishing and burnishing the metal casing to restore its original lustre;
  3. Cleaning the jewellery in ultrasonic machines to remove dirt and residue from hard-to-reach corners;
  4. Any necessary replacements or repairs (chargeable at fair market rates, will only be done upon customer’s approval);
  5. A final examination by a master craftsman before returning the jewellery to you.
