These windowful building painted with rainbow colours used to be Hill Street Police Station but it is now called the MICA building. The nearest MRT station would be Clarke Quay.
The Town Out Of The Movie 'Hairspray'

Zac Efron may have danced through this street. No, I'm just kidding. This is actually in Singapore but these colours closely resemble the 1980s popular colours. To create the perfect 1980s pictures, come dressed in polka dots and make sure you wear a colour that would greatly contrast these walls. You do not want to blend in with these walls in your pictures. This place is just a 10 minutes walk away from Clarke Quay MRT station.

Also known as the boutique terminal, they have plenty of creative and colourful wall decors all around. In fact, it is not just limited to Terminal 4, but also across all terminals! Changi Airport is known to us Singaporean as the place to study overnight, bring our kids to have fun and take great family pictures.
