New Christmas-Themed Cruise In Singapore Has Insta-Worthy Decor, Christmas Markets, Workshops And More

Our experience onboard World Dream started on a cheery note with Jolly Holly, a Christmas production by the entertainment team of the cruise line. The 45-minute performance which centers around a boy whose Christmas wish is for his toys to be brought to life, showcases an array of acrobatic stunts while incorporating elements from all-time classics like The Nutcracker.

After a stunning performance, our bellies were treated to a hearty lunch that included delicious items such as Prawn Cocktail with truffle-scented marie rose sauce, Butternut squash soup, and Roast turkey with chestnut stuffing, maple glazed carrots & cranberry sauce. Dessert was an apple walnut spiced cake with honey and cream cheese frosting.

Next on the activity list was a Nordic Christmas Workshop where we got all crafty and made our very own Santa stocking under the supervision of staff who were dressed as masks workers from Squid Game.

Before we disembarked from the vessel, we stopped by the lobby to check out their Christmas market which sold an array of items including exquisite Christmas cards, beauty products, wines, baked treats among others.

Our experience was merely a preview of what you can expect onboard World Dream's Nordic Christmas Adventure. Other activities include completing the Advent mission for a prize, making a Scandinavian style Christmas ornament with twigs and sticks at the Nordic Art Lab and more!
