The history of rose quartz go way back to the ancient civilisations of Rome and Assyria. In some cultures, it was regarded as talismans while some believed it could reverse aging (lol!) but the Greeks and Romans were the one who regarded it as a symbol of love. Cupid, a Roman God most of us should be familiar with, was said to bestow the rose quartz to humans as a gift of love~
