Naagin Star Sayantani Ghosh Gets Married In An Intimate Ceremony & We Have All The Photos From Her Wedding
It is no surprise that we absolutely love the wedding season! From beautiful shaadi pictures to pre-wedding festivities, we love each and every bit of this time. Speaking of pics, television actress Sayantani Ghosh made our Monday merrier when she shared her wedding photos on her Instagram account.
Sayantani got hitched with her boyfriend Anugrah Tiwari in an intimate & private ceremony in Kolkata. The Naagin actress stunned in a red Banarasi saree, whereas her better-half wore a dhoti and embroidered kurta. Taking cues from Yami Gautam's wedding, Sayantani also decided to go with a low-key ceremony at her home. Along with the wedding photos, she captioned the post as, "And just like that I went from being a Miss to a Mrs. ?❤️ #justmarried ."
TBH, we can't stop drooling over Sayantani's stunning saree! Aren't these photos so adorable?
During a recent interview, Sayantani spoke about her wedding look. She said, "The moment I wore my shankha and pola (shell and coral bangles worn by Bengali brides). I felt something changing inside. I have worn shankha-pola before, for different characters I played on screen. But this time it was for real! I think a Bengali bride always looks pretty in a laal Benarasi, shankha-pola, chandan on the forehead and sindoor."
At her engagement ceremony, the television actress wore her grandmother's saree. The Sanjivani actress shared an emotional post thanking her dida for the bangles & the saree. Along with pictures from her engagement ceremony, she wrote, "The best thing in life is to hold on to each other and here we are about to begin a new chapter in our lives ?? As we start our new journey, we have had an eternal blessing by my dida.? The saree and my bangles that i’m wearing were given to me by her and it feels like she was a part of our celebration last night! ❤️Thank you @parama_g for helping me with styling the blouse so last min ?✨"
The couple is set to host a reception party soon in Jaipur, which is the groom's hometown. Now, we simply can't wait how Sayantani would look on her reception.
Here's wishing the duo a very happy married life ahead! Can't wait to see movie snaps from the celebrations.
