The actress is religious towards her detox water and starts her mornings with a glass of lemon water and honey. She follows it with her healthy brekkie of egg whites and multigrain toast or idlis/upmas/dosa. Her lunch includes a portion of chicken with chapatis and salad. The actress believes in eating a full meal and never starves herself to stay in shape which is a myth buster that women with slim body starve to stay in their size! With various snacks in between her meals and a well balance diet of proteins, omegas and vitamins, Malaika manages to keep her skin clear and sparkling.
