It takes almost 2-6 months for the body to revive and go back to normal like it was before the stressful period ended. Don't let stress/anxiety take over your mind and body as it may not only result in hair fall but also affect your health in the longer run. It is advised that you indulge in activities that make you feel happy and brings peace.

If hair fall is a problem that runs in your family, then chances are you are at risk too. It's present in your genes as female-pattern hair loss is one of the most common issues affecting almost 40% of the women by the time they reach the age of 50. However, it can be treated with the help of some medications so if you haven't visited a doctor lately then you must NOW!
Lack of nutrients in your body

If your diet includes less quantity of nutritious food and more for junk then sorry but not sorry, you will have to bear the consequences. It is necessary that your hair gets plenty of vitamin C, zinc and proteins for the promotion of hair growth and to make them healthy and shiny. Don't forget to include eggs, nuts, tomatoes, leafy veggies, oranges, beans and sweet potatoes in your diet.
