Bigg Boss Winner 'Dipika Kakar' Is All Set To Make Her Comeback On TV With A Romantic Daily Soap
Can we have some attention from all the Dipika AKA Simar fans in the house! It's been a while since we saw the favourite television bahu working on the small screen. After winning Bigg Boss season 12, Dipika went almost missing but thankfully we have finally got some good news for her fans. Dipika Kakar is all prepared to make her way back to the soap operas.
After her huge success at the Bigg Boss house, her fans have been eagerly waiting for her to make her next appearance on a daily show. As per the reports suggest, in her upcoming series, her character is totally different from the roles she has portrayed before. To be specific, 'DIFFERENT' from the character of her very popular show 'Sasural Simar Ka'. In fact, it is said that the plot of her new show is said to be based on unconventional storylines which will portray a mature love story between two people.
The show which is said to be directed by Sandiip Sikcand, Dipika will be seen working opposite actor Karan Grover, who was last seen in the show 'Bahu Hamari Rajnikanth'. Well, he definitely is a television heartthrob and we just can't wait to see the two share the screen. The director of the show, Sandip is known for making unconventional and hatke shows for the audiences. Television actress like Dhrashti Dhami, Pooja Gor and Dipika Kakar were being considered for the role but the show finally came in Dipika's hands.
The leading daily, Times Of India, quoted a source saying, “It’s an unrequited love story, revolving around two individuals who are willing to give love a second chance. Dipika will be seen in a completely different avatar after her doting bahu act on 'SSK'.”
Well, now that we have some information about her next venture we are pretty excited to catch up on her. Super glad to see the reigning actress of television back to her kingdom and thank god for the fact that we don't have to see her playing the role of a makhi cum bahu again!
