Shilpa Shetty Shares This 11 Year Old Picture & Celebrates *Propose Day* With Hubby Raj Kundra
Every girl has her own dreams of the perfect proposal she will get from the love of her life. It has to be all sorts of cute and surprising filled with a bucket full of romance. Bollywood's fitness girl and the sexy traditional diva, Shilpa Shetty is one of those few lucky women who got a perfect fairytale proposal by none other than her dearest hubby Raj Kundra.
Since Valentine's week has begun, the actress took her Instagram to share a throwback picture of her and Raj from 11 years ago. On the occasion of propose day today, she recalls the sweet memories from the special day. And after taking a look at the picture we are so jealous and you will be too. Why? Because it looks no less than a beautiful princess story!
Shilpa wrote "Major throwback..this picture from 11 yrs ago when you proposed to me .. still remember you booking out the whole banqueting hall at Le Grand Hotel Paris..telling me it was just early supper at a friends, and you surprised me with a “ring” under the cloche and went on one knee with live musicians playing #ladyinred when I entered, the setting, Paris♥️ ..Ufff!! That proposal was straight out of my (every girls) dream..
You continue to manifest all my dreams into reality since then ."
She also shares some very exciting news with her fans and writes in the same picture " Seeing you recreate that shot in #Teriyaad ( your 1st directorial venture)just made me sooo mushy.. lots of memories.. Raj Kundra will soon be making his directorial debut with Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's music video called 'Teri Yaad'. The video will star television actress Anita Hassanandani and her husband Rohit Reddy. The actors will be seen recreating Shilpa and Raj's cute proposal moment and then the interesting story of their happily ever after in video.
Shilpa also shared a screenshot of the video, right below her picture and as we can see Anita is wearing a similar red dress like Shilpa Shetty wore 11 years back on the same day. The couple and the setup in the video strikes a lot of similarities to the real-life version of the story.
Shilpa Shetty got married to businessman Raj Kundra in 2009 and now has a six-year-old son named Viaan Kundra.
