Alia Bhatt Just Spent A Massive *Double The Price* Amount For A New House In Juhu!
Alia Bhatt, the popular star kid from the Bhatt clan has made her mark in the Bollywood industry in quite a few numbers of years. The budding actress made her debut with Karan Johar's directorial movie Student Of The Year, where she portrayed the role of a rich brat Shanaya who brought her into the limelight. Later, to break all the myths about nepotism and to hold her spot tight at the box office, she did movies like Highway, Udta Punjab and Dear Zindagi which were quite away from the expected standards of cinematic experience. Well, all the movies turned out to be a win-win for her! Her immense talent and screen presence not only got her awards but a lot of appreciation as well.
Her last movie, with her, as the female protagonist called Raazi made a huge amount at the box office, making her one of the finest actresses in the industry. She is not only loved by all her co-actors and fans but every director wants to work with her as well.
Alia was also a part of the Forbes list of super achievers from Asia under the age of 30 who are "pushing boundaries of innovation" and a part of the Forbes 100 Celebrity 2018 list as well with a net worth of 58.83 crores. And if you still don't believe how amazing this actor is doing in such a short span of time then according to certain reports, we have heard that she has recently expanded her real estate figures and invested in a third house. As per the report in DNA, Alia Bhatt has purchased a 2,300-square foot apartment situated on the first floor of a much-desired building in Juhu, and she paid a massive Rs. 13 crore for it!
Alia is already a proud owner of two more houses in Juhu, which is bought in 2015 from Anupam and Kirron Kher. While one costed her Rs. 5.16 crores, the other one was for Rs. 3.83 crores. She currently resides in posh Juhu apartment with her sister Shaheen Bhatt wherein the two sisters have been living together since 2016.
On the work front, Alia Bhatt is currently busy promoting her upcoming movie Gully Boy opposite Ranveer Singh, which also happens to be their first on-screen collaboration. The movie is a musical drama, directed by Zoya Akhtar which is all set to release on February 14, 2019.
Alia has also wrapped her shooting for Kalank, which also stars Varun Dhawan and is now back to work on Brahmastra which happens to be her first movie ever with her real-life boyfriend, Ranbir Kapoor.
