Has severe RBF but is fairly jolly and carefree on the inside. Degree of life satisfaction is heavily influenced by food.

Whether its cafe-hopping or staycations, there are plenty of things to do in Singapore, that is, if you don't mind spending your hard earned money.

But, not all entertainment comes with a price tag! There's a new colourful and IG-worthy exhibition in Singapore that has free entry: The Sea Show at Singapore Maritime Gallery.

Running from 1 April to 13 July 2021, The Sea Show is designed by art & design platform EYEYAH! and commissioned by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). The exhibition is held at the Singapore Maritime Gallery (SMG)'s Changing Gallery which is located conveniently beside Marina South Pier MRT Station.

The Sea Show offers a maze-like experience where you'll wander through colourful artworks, animations and installations for both children and adults to learn about the ocean.

Featuring the works of 30 artists and illustrators from 13 countries, the show celebrates the wonders of travellers and ships while recognising some of the threats to ocean life.

As you enter the multi-media exhibition, you'll be transported to the hustle and bustle of a busy dockyard with a Where's Wally-inspired game. You can also play with the AR face filters that'll turn you into famous sea explorers like Christopher Columbus and Zheng He.

Another feature showcases an aquatic cinema with four vertical screens airing ocean-themed
animations.

For those who can't resist photo opportunities, there are plenty of them at this exhibition. One is the 'Shark Café', a playful re-creation of an existing area in a remote part of the Pacific Ocean where the Great White sharks migrate to in the winter.

Another photo spot is the rubber duck installation that reflects the shipping container spillage incident in 1992 where thousands of rubber ducks were lost in the Pacific Ocean.
