7 New Bubble Tea Launches In Dec 2020 Including More Christmas Drinks By The Alley, KOI, Gong Cha
Bubble tea stores in Singapore are spoiling us rotten this festive season with new limited edition bubble teas. Following the 19 new bubble teas that launched in November, here are 10 more new ones this December from 7 bubble tea shops including Christmas drinks and an alcoholic drink.

#1 Playmade X Dove: Peach Green Tea with Cheese Foam

This bizarre yet welcome collaboration between DOVE and Playmade has brought us a new foam bubble tea - Peach Green Tea with Cheese Foam (M: $4.80, L:$6.20).
Inspired by the feel-good sensation when showering with Dove's Peach Cloud Foam Body Wash, this drink has a delicious combination of refreshing peach tea and a thick frothy cheese foam. Available at all Playmade outlets from 11 December 2020.
#2 Signature KOI: Baileys Earl Grey

Being the more atas version of KOI Thé, Signature KOI's new bubble tea is as premium as you'd expect.
The new Baileys Earl Grey bubble tea ($7.60) is their first ever alcoholic beverage contains about 2% alcohol and is available exclusively at Signature KOI The Star Vista. Available from 1 December 2020.
#3 Tiger Sugar: Brown Sugar Lotus Biscoff Boba Milk

Tiger Sugar's 2020 Christmas drink is made in collaboration with Lotus Biscoff.
Creamy milk with swirls of crunchy Lotus biscoff sauce, Signature brown sugar and chewy brown sugar boba is topped with Lotus biscoff caramelised biscuit bits. Available at all outlets from 10 December 2020.
#4 HEYTEA: Strawberry Peach Cheezo

HEYTEA's festive menu addition is an Instagrammable pink bubble tea made fresh strawberries, peach juice, aqua green tea with snowy Cheezo on top.
Opt for whipped cream or soft serve for even more aesthetic points!
#5 Gong Cha: Brownie Cookie Bubble Tea Float

Following their new brownie series and ice cream float series is a new bubble tea that combines these two delicious worlds: Brownie Cookie Bubble Tea Float ($6.50).
It comes with a scoop of rich and creamy Häagen-Dazs ice cream to create a mix of bubble tea and a decadent dessert - totally worth the calories!
#6 R&B Tea x Matchaya: Uji Matcha Christmas Series

Remember Matchaya from our picks of the best tea houses & cafes in Singapore? They've collaborated with R&B Tea to launch the new Uji Matcha Christmas Series made with high quality matcha from Japan which has a rich and decadent flavour.
There are three bubble teas in this series: Uji Matcha Latte with Tea Cream, Uji Matcha Latte White Choco and Uji Matcha Latte. The first two are already in stores while the third will launch on 18 December, and all three will be available until 31 December 2020.
#7 The Alley: Cocoa Wonderland and Avocado Yogurt

The two new festive beverages by The Alley are Cocoa Wonderland and Avocado Yogurt. The former is made with 100% cocoa powder and topped with fresh whipped cream and a cherry. The latter is made of fresh avocado ice with 100% greek yogurt and green tea jelly, topped with in-house whipped cream and roasted walnuts.
Both drinks are available from 1 Dec at the Tampines 1, Infinite studios and Eng Kong Terrace outlet outlets. Their Jewel outlet will serve Cocoa Wonderland only.
