The brand's dine-in establishment was temporarily closed early this year, with takeaways only available at their Bakehouse located in CT Hub 2.

But fans can rejoice now, because Brotherbird Coffeehouse will be back next month, with crowd favourites like croissants, mochi donuts and soft serve, brunch menus and coffee.

The Coffeehouse has also been revamped - there will be more seats and new spaces that were specially designed, according to Brotherbird. Hopefully, the Insta-worthy industrial chic interior design will remain.

If you didn't already know, Brotherbird's croissants are one of the best in Singapore! The croissants come in a generous size, are full of layers, crispy on the outside and the best part is the different flavours they are available in.

Unique flavours like Mont Blanc (sweetened chestnut purée), Blackforest and Roasted Chicken Twice-Baked are part of Brotherbird's December 2020 line-up. It's an understatement to say we're excited to see what new and exciting flavours Brotherbird will be bringing to their Coffeehouse!

Brotherbird's famous mochi donuts that are made using glutinous rice flour to achieve the chewy texture will be back too! Pair it with smooth and creamy soft serve and you will experience an explosion of flavour.

Aside from croissants and donuts, look forward to brunch menus like Burrata Toast and desserts like Buttermilk Waffle and Honey Toast, then wash everything down with some ice cold coffee.

The Brotherbird Coffeehouse will open from 2 January 2021, every Wednesday to Sunday and will only be open daily after the soft launch phase.

Stay tuned to Brotherbird's social media channels for any updates.
