The bold entrance gives way to a minimalist dining area with an open kitchen. Surrounding the charcoal hearth is a sushi counter made of 250 year old Hinoki wood, sanded to a soft porous state for a luminous look and a sweet lemony scent.

Named after the chef and owner, Masaaki, the restaurant serves cuisine that infuses traditional cooking techniques with the chef's personal ingenuity to deliver unique omakase menus. The ingredients used are selected for their freshness and premium quality, air flown directly from Toyosu Market in Japan.
