McDonald’s Has 35 New Minion Happy Meal Toys, Melon Waffle Ice Cream & Yuzu Cream Cheese Pie
The adorable round Minions have invaded McDonald’s Singapore again, and this time, they’re not only back in the form of 35 new Happy Meal toys - including an exclusive rare golden version of each - but also as part of some themed food items that will be around for a limited time.
Look forward to new desserts like the Yuzu Cream Cheese Pie, Melon Waffle Cone and more - all to be rolled out progressively over September 2020.

Dessert is always to be looked forward to after a meal, and even more so when you get to try the new picks from McDonald’s. Putting a unique twist on the original Apple Pie is the novel Yuzu Cream Cheese Pie ($1.50) that will bring an explosion of flavours.
There’s also the Melon Waffle Cone ($2) to beat the heat with. This will be available at all McDonald’s Dessert Kiosks from 3 September.

For a savoury snack, go for the adorable Minion Potatoes ($2 for 6 pieces) which are shaped just like the banana-loving characters.

Pair that with the Smoky Nacho Cheese Sauce, which you can buy by the bottle for just $5.50 with any purchase of Chicken McNuggets or a Happy Sharing Box from 17 September onwards.

Those crazy over Minions would want to collect every single one of the 35 new Minion toy figurines that come with Happy Meals. Different designs of the Minions wearing various costumes will be released over 5 weeks, starting from 4 September all the way to 7 October.
The only catch? These will be packed in opaque capsules so you won’t know what you’re getting until you open it.

To make things more exciting, each design comes in a rare Golden Minion twin version. These are extremely rare and exclusive, so count yourself lucky if you manage to snag one!

You can even enjoy a fun immersive augmented reality experience to go along with your Happy Meal. Simply download the Happy Meal app, click on the “scan-the-smile” function in the app, and scan the smile on your Happy meal box to make an AR Minion come to life.
According to McDonald’s there are 5 versions in total so each scan will bring something new!
