Cosmetics don’t have to be out of the picture even though we’re still fighting against COVID-19. In fact, having strong eye makeup is a great way to make your peepers pop when the rest of your pretty features are hidden behind a mask.
Cop these new eyeshadow palettes that have been recently launched in Singapore, all from cult brands such as Urban Decay, Etude House, Too Faced and more.
Read on to find out more about new eyeshadow palettes in Singapore in 2020!
#1: Urban Decay Naked Ultraviolet
Photo from Urban Decay
No longer are Urban Decay’s Naked palettes just about the nudes and naturals. With their new Naked Ultraviolet palette ($83), we bid goodbye to safe browns and say hello to daring purple hues. Of course, there are still a handful of neutral shades so you can mix and match depending on the occasion.

Who knows, perhaps these bold purples might just edge out the burgundy eye makeup trend - seeing as the palette has been long lusted over even before its official release.

#2: Shu Uemura X Onitsuka Tiger

Sporty gals are sure to love the collaboration between Shu Uemura and Onitsuka Tiger. While sports and cosmetics have seemingly nothing in common, this crossover is one that we’ve got to applaud. Get their Beyond the Limit or Set the Motion eyeshadow palettes ($108), each with 8 vibrant colours that will certainly liven up your eyes.

Apart from that, they also have a range of lipsticks, eyebrow pencils, and cleansing oil. Purchase online and you’ll even score free limited edition Onitsuka Tiger merch like bags and pouches.

#3: Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Norvina Pro Pigment Palette Vol. 3

If the Full Size ($115) Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Pro Pigment Palette Vol. 3 is a wee bit much for you - what with its 25 super colourful shades that not everyone can pull off - then perhaps the Mini Size ($50) will be more up your alley.

The 9 shades in this baby version of the palette are definitely more wearable. Save for a bright emerald green shade, the rest are more or less suitable for daily wear if you apply them in moderation.

We love Too Faced for their Better Than Sex mascara, and their eyeshadow doesn’t fall short either. Released just a couple of months back, their Born This Way The Natural Nudes Eyeshadow Palette ($69) is inspired by the beautiful diversity of real skin tones.
At first glance, it might just look like another neutral-hued palette, but look closely and you’ll see a variety of tones. From light peachy shades to darker rosy pigments and shimmer-packed bronze, there’s everything you need to create a whole range of dressy and casual looks.
