Emotions Tracker
This is different from stress, there will be days where you feel angry, upset and/or happy. All these emotions are normal. A constantly anxious or angsty person will likely be entangled with high blood pressure or related problems in the future. Whereas laughter is good medicine.
Track your emotions, keep it simple and keep a yearly calendar!
