You might have seen the lovely bond between Wu Zun and his 9 year-old daughter Nei Nei (real name Shayna Goh Shin Yi) in the Chinese reality show Where Are We Going, Dad?.

While their time on the show is over, fans can still get updates on him and his family on his Weibo account! Wu Zun recently shared in a Weibo post that Nei Nei had watched a video on global warming six months ago and developed a passion for environmental issues.

What he didn't expect is that Nei Nei would write a letter to the Sultan of Brunei to propose a ban on plastic in the country!

Addressing the letter to "Your Royal Highness", she wrote about her concern that Brunei is littered with rubbish. She shared that during her school trip to pick up rubbish on Berakas beach, they managed to collect six bags of rubbish.
She also highlighted that plastic pollution is harming wildlife and that microplastic may be making its way into our diets too.

The letter concluded with a proposal to ban plastic to save marine animals and keep their country beautiful.
Wu Zun shared that Nei Nei had also written a letter to the sultan six months ago proposing to make smoking illegal.
He also expressed his support for Nei Nei's campaign for environmental changes, sharing screenshots of donations made to various organisations made in Nei Nei's name such as Team Trees, World Wildlife Fund and Wires, which helps wildlife amidst Australia's bushfires.
