This Guy Faked His 6-Pack Through A Bizarre Surgery Done In Thailand

Pangpaparn Ounvilai, aged 24, forked out  £3,000  (or SGD 5335) for the cosmetic procedure. This procedure involves fat removal through liposuction and additional ones to make it perfect.

According to Mr Ounvfilai, exercise could not give him the body he wanted. He has worked out for many years, and as a last resort, he underwent surgery to help the line of his abs be more clearly defined.

'It will make my body always to look good even though I will gain a little fat. I am happy this way,' he added.

The scars and wounds were evident at first, and it took weeks of resting before the full recovery.
