Available every Saturday, these platters come with everything you need to create your favourite Japanese handrolls. You'll find fresh sashimi, alongside seasonal fresh veggies and various other toppings. Start with sea treasures like Negitoro, Salmon, Hamachi, Engawa and Hotate, then pile on toppings such as Ikura, scallions and tenkasu.

Season generously with sesame seeds, garlic chips and togarashi, before finishing with crisp textures like corn, avocado, cucumber, pickled daikon and pickled jalapeño.
Feeling fancy? Optional premium add-ons include Caviar ($18), Seared Wagyu Beef ($13) and Unagi Kabayaki ($9), alongside Snow Crab with Mentaiko Mayo and extra Ikura for those who believe more is always more.

To help your handroll really pop, three delectable signature sauces are served up: Tosa soy, Sriracha mayo, and Yuzu ponzu. And yes, for those who take their carbs very seriously, rice and seaweed are free-flow, so you can keep rolling to your heart’s (and stomach’s) content.
