This special menu was created by the restaurant's Executive Chef Andy Oh and his Culinary Team in collaboration with Pan Pacific Hanoi's Executive Chef, Chef Zack Truong, and Junior Sous-chef, Chef Hoa Trung Kien. This dream team cooked up a delicious spread of signature Vietnamese dishes with authentic flavours that'll bring you (figuratively) to Vietnam.

Dig into appetisers like the super juicy Beef Wrapped in Betel Leaves and refreshing Jelly Salad with Chilli and Lime. After that, pace yourself with light snacks like the adorable Mini Savoury Pancakes with Prawn Coconut Cream that's bursting with aroma.
