Has severe RBF but is fairly jolly and carefree on the inside. Degree of life satisfaction is heavily influenced by food.

Love Korean food? Brace yourself (and your stomach) for this: Ginger @ PARKROYAL on Beach Road has unveiled a special "Seoul"-ful Korean-themed buffet served for a limited time starting tomorrow, 27 February. Created specially for Ramadan, the halal buffet spread will feature over 30 authentic Korean dishes along with the restaurant's usual dinner offerings like signature local delights.

The main star of the line-up is undoubtedly the Korean Fried Chicken, perfectly crisp and conveniently boneless for a fuss-free feast. It comes in seven delicious flavours including the satisfying Original with a light salt and pepper seasoning, the sweet, savoury and indulgent Cheese (our top pick), and the local-inspired Kicap Manis. Of course, there's also the classics, Soy Garlic and Spicy Gochujang, along with the numbing and fiery Sichuan Pepper Chilli. Finally, those who like a challenge or simply like it hot with a capital H can have a taste of the Ghost Pepper Chilli fried chicken.

After that meat lovers can make a beeline for the Fire Grill live station, which features barbecued meats on rotation including Tteok Galbi, hamburg steak, Chicken Bulgogi and Beef Bulgogi, Galbi, beef short ribs, and Yang-gogi, lamb chops.

For a full, hearty K-style meal, make sure to save some stomach space for other iconic authentic Korean dishes including Samgyetang, a rich and comforting ginseng chicken soup, Jjajangmyeon, silky noodles covered in a scrumptious black bean sauce, and our favourite dish of the bunch, Jeonbokju, a savoury porridge with abalone. Other bites to bring your taste buds back to Korea include Eomuk Guksu, Tteokbokki and Jeon AKA Seafood and Kimchi Pancakes.

Wash all that down with Bandung that's given a milky, aromatic twist with NUTRISOY Fresh Soya Milk with Real Purple Rice.

For a sweet finale to this all-you-can-eat Korean feast, head to the official Binggrae ice cream booth for Samanco Red Bean, Korea's number one waffle-type ice cream, and the iconic Melona ice pops.
