This celebrity-approved (shoutout to Chinese stars Zhang Hui Mei, Simu Liu, and Tony Leung Chiu-wai) global hotpot chain is now simmering at CHIJMES. Expect bougie broths, top-tier ingredients, and a dining experience that’s more chic bistro than chaotic steamboat joint. Oh, and did we mention soup bases start at just $1 this March?

Among the 10 premium broth selections on the menu, must-try options include the Exquisite Silver Broth (Chef’s Creamy Pork Broth), a slow-simmered, chef-crafted elixirs that's so rich, it should come with a financial advisor. This brew takes eight hours, 50kg of premium ingredients, and a whole lotta patience to make this collagen-packed masterpiece.
