Mums deserve to be celebrated every day, but there's that time of the year when we're reminded to make extra effort. We're talking about Mother's Day, of course! And there's nothing that says 'I appreciate you' like a buffet treat. For those who haven't made reservations for the occasion yet, we've made things easy for you with a list of newly launched and refreshed buffets.

Korean food lovers are in for a treat at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay's halal buffet restaurant, Peppermint. From 3 to 31 May 2024, its spread will get a K-cuisine takeover, featuring classic Korean dishes and refreshing banchan AKA side dishes.

Complete this 'trip to Korea' with traditional sweet Korean desserts including the trendy Yakgwa (Korean wheat honey pastry), and Yaksik (steamed glutinous rice), or create your own Ddalgi Bingsu (shaved ice with strawberries) at the DIY station.
