#2: Enjoy playtime with some furry friends at this newly opened British Shorthair cat cafe

Love cats but can’t commit to raising a furbaby at home? Well, you can now relax, unwind, and experience the joys of playing with fluffy British Shorthair kitties at this new cat cafe! Located at Jalan Besar, Gem Cafe is the newest hidden ‘gem’ that offers a space for cat lovers to gather, while also functioning as a pet supplies store and cat grooming service.

Cat cafe sessions come in hourly slots and each booking gets you a free scoop of gelato. You can even book a co-working space (though we’re not sure how one could focus on work while there) at the cafe on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We’d recommend visitors make reservations ahead of time via their website to avoid disappointment!
#3: Admire delicate cherry blossoms at Gardens by the Bay’s Sakura Floral Display 2024

Here’s your chance to immerse yourself in gorgeous cherry blossoms the likes of those from Japan, all without stepping foot outside Singapore! Gardens by the Bay is ushering in the season of flower viewing with the annual Sakura Floral Display at the Flower Dome.
This year’s theme is Blossom Into The Night, and will feature day-to-night elements where the dazzling Sakura displays will be lit up. It will also focus on the elegant, traditional tea ceremonies that are central to the cherry blossom season.
#4: Party it up in Irish style at the annual St. Patrick's Day Street Festival

Itching for a good evening of music, drinks, and other festivities? Try heading down to Circular Road for the yearly St. Patrick’s Day Street Festival extravaganza, where visitors can indulge in live entertainment set against a lively atmosphere!

The street will be decked out in Irish shades, so make sure to get in your best green outfit. You can also expect to see a parade, traditional music and dance performances, as well as play games, partake in hands-on activities, grab a pint of Guinness beer and redeem exclusive merchandise.
