7-Eleven Unveils Limited-Edition Doraemon Blind Boxes, Plushies, Umbrellas & More For Their 40th Anniversary Celebration
There's been an explosion of adorable character-themed merchandise lately, from the upcoming Pikachu-themed Happy Meal Boxes from McDonald's to Magnolia's Hello Kitty ice cream sticks. Now Doraemon fans will get their chance to snag some awesome goodies featuring the iconic robot cat at 7-Eleven, in celebration of the store's 40th Anniversary!
Designed in collaboration with Kyoto-based fashion and homeware label SOU•SOU, this series will include Doraemon-themed umbrellas, glass cups, and plushies.

Wondering how you can get your hands on the exclusive merch? Shoppers will be able to redeem products from the series by taking part in 7-Eleven’s latest Shop and Earn Stamps Programme, which will run from 25 October to 19th December.
All you have to do is shop at 7-Eleven — every $5 spent earns you 1 stamp. Plus, there are star products that can get you additional stamps, so keep your eyes peeled! Once you've collected enough to redeem your desired item from the 40th Anniversary item, you will be able to purchase it with an additional top-up.
Doraemon Glass Cups (Blind Boxes)

The Doraemon SOU GOOD Glass Cups, for example, can be redeemed with every eight stamps collected and a top-up of $8.90, or 400 YUU points and a top-up of $8.50.
Already got your eye on one of these eight lovely designs? You'll need a bit of luck on your side, or lots of friends to help you collect them, because they will come packaged as blind boxes. On the bright side, that makes unboxing each glass and trying to collect them all extra exciting.
