Taiwanese food aficionados can now take their tastebuds to this food haven - without flying anywhere - in an all-you-can-eat feast. PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay's halal restaurant, Peppermint, has crafted a limited-time 'Tastes of Taiwan' Buffet.

The menu was created by the restaurant's Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee in collaboration with Taiwanese Chef Alan Ho, the President of Taiwan Chefs Association, so you can expect authentic flavours that'll bring back memories of your trip to Taiwan.

On rotation are over 40 iconic Taiwanese dishes including timeless favourites such as Lu Rou Fan, Oyster Mee Sua, Ginger Mother Duck, Steamed Crab Rice and Three Cup Chicken.

Those classics will hit the spot, but what'll make a real impression are the dishes inspired by Taiwanese aboriginal tribe cuisine. Mouth-watering selections you can look forward to include the Tribal-style Roast Chicken, Seafood Cooked in Bamboo Tube and Hot Stone Grilled Fish.

Some favourites we're still thinking fondly about are the addictive and crunchy Crispy Mini River Crab and the full-bodied Preserved Chilli Clam and Chicken Soup.

Of course, there will also be food that you'd find at a bustling Taiwanese night market! Get your fill of the juicy and tender Flamed Dice Beef, savoury and satisfying Egg Pancake with Chicken Floss, and flavour-packed Black Angus Beef Gua Bao.
