As you might have inferred from its name, Singaporean flavours are the star of the Go Lokal afternoon tea set. The selection of sweets and savouries are curated by Pastry Chef Christopher Eng and his pastry team to incorporate familiar tastes of local cuisine like rojak and milo. Bringing home that dining-in-a-garden experience is Portman's Bar's signature picnic basket presentation.

Artfully displayed on the basket tray and on plates resembling Peranakan-style tiles are beautiful little treats. Savouries include Urban Farm's Fruit Rojak and Chicken Floss Sliders.

The Go Lokal Afternoon Tea at Portman's Bar is priced at $58++ per person and will be available till 31 August 2023. Diners can choose from two seatings: 1 to 3pm and 3.30 to 5.30pm.
Fancy a tipple to round up the afternoon? Opt for a two-hour free-flow of either Taittinger Champagne at $68++ or Prosecco at $38++. If you prefer a mocktail, there's also an option of a glass of Milo Dinosaur or Roselle Tea at $10++.
