The Marmalade Pantry Has A Line-Up Of New Desserts Including Strawberry Pistachio Tarts & Berriolette Shortcake
Your sweet tooth just got more options to indulge in at The Marmalade Pantry! The stylish bistro has launched six new desserts including tarts and cakes, as well as returning favourites.
New Cakes At The Marmalade Pantry
Two signature cakes, the Old Fashioned Chocolate Fudge Cake and The Marmalade Carrot Cake, now look prettier than ever with a refreshed design, and joining them are three new cakes.
If you're craving a sugar rush that isn't overly rich, go for the Berriolette Shortcake ($12 per slice, $90 for 1.5kg). This light and refreshing cake has airy vanilla sponge cake with light Chantilly cream and a tangy house-made Berriolette jam with raspberries and blueberries. There's also a touch of violet that creates a barely-there floral aftertaste - good news for those who aren't fans of perfume-y flavours.

Another indulgent cake that isn't cloying is the Pandan Gula Melaka Cake ($11 per slice, $88 for 1.5kg) which is made of pandan sponge cake layered with Chantilly cream and a wonderfully fragrant coconut gula melaka sauce. The cake is coated with more Chantilly cream, followed by toasted coconut shavings adding a fun texture, and lastly, chocolates that look just like pandan leaves.
Those who are in the mood for something richer can go for the Salted Biscoff Cheesecake ($12 per slice, $90 for 2kg), a velvety and creamy cheesecake with salted caramel walnuts. Decorating it are salted caramel sauce, Biscoff biscuit crumbs and Dulcey 35% Valrhona nut couverture chocolate.

New Tarts At The Marmalade Pantry
The Marmalade Pantry Petite Bugis has added three new outlet-exclusive tarts ($8.50 each) to its selection.
Both the Strawberry & Pistachio Tart and Lychee Tart have a cream cheese and mascarpone cheese base with generous fruit toppings balancing out the richness.
