New Sunday Brunch Buffet At Hilton Singapore Orchard's Estate Has Free Flow Champagne & Their Largest Selection Yet
After luxuriating in Estate's dinner buffet at Hilton Singapore Orchard, expectations were high as I tried their new Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet.
Launched right in time for Father's Day celebrations, the new buffet has the restaurant's biggest selection yet.
The first thing that caught my eye was the cheese station that an epic 32 types of cheeses including soft, hard, and blue from Janier, an acclaimed five-generation French purveyor of fine cheese, 16-month Comté, Tomme de Savoie Fermière, Roquefort, and Bleu d'Auvergne.

The next eye-catching station was the row of Western meats including a Whole Wagyu Prime Rib with Yorkshire pudding and bordelaise sauce, Whole Stuffed Suckling Pig and Beef Wellington with black truffle sauce. These decadent meats are displayed in supersized portions and hand-carved on demand.

There are also a wide variety of Chinese, Malay, and Indian-style dishes including prawns, crab and pork knuckle.

Head to the back of the restaurant first as that's where you'll find the good stuff - raw seafood including oysters, Tiger prawns, yabbies, black mussels, clams, scallops and snow crab.

Beside it is the Charcuterie section with smoked and cured fishes, salmon gravlax, smoked snowfish, prosciutto di Parma, Iberico ham and a mouth-watering 25kg Mortadella ham.

Some of the ones I'd recommend prioritising stomach space for are the Beef Wellington, Black Truffle Pasta, Pan-fried Foie Gras, Maine Lobster Thermidor and Black Truffle Roasted Duck.

But while you're enjoying the savouries, keep in mind that there are also plenty of delectable desserts that you have to try.
Take your pick from the selection of gorgeous cakes like the Triple Fermented Chocolate Cake and Black Sesame Cheesecake, finish your meal with something chewy like the kuehs and Japanese mochi, or go for something simple like cotton candy and ice cream, a brunch-exclusive.

Don't forget the adorable desserts in little jars! The brunch specials include Exotic Tea Roll, Lychee Rose Cake and Pistachio Paris-Brest, an Instagrammable dessert resembling a terrarium.

For an additional $30++, diners can enjoy a free flow of Laurent Perrier Champagne as well as red and white wines.

The top-up also includes a DIY cocktail experience where you can concoct your own cocktail - Bloody Mary, Sangria or Bellini - to your liking.

Kids Activities
Diners who are bringing kiddos along will have some help in keeping them entertained. There will be a range of activities designed for the young ones like pottery making, face painting and colouring. A roving magician will also be making his way around the tables to perform some pretty neat tricks that will impress the grown-ups too. If all else fails, there's a giant TV playing cartoons!

The Father's Day Brunch on 19 June also includes a Father's Day gift (limited to one per table) and a Gentlemen's Trolley of Old Fashioned and Negroni cocktails by mixologist Michael Mendoza.

Ambience at Estate
There was quite a crowd on that day but thankfully it didn't spoil the beauty of the colonial-inspired interiors. The 345-seater restaurant is divided into smaller areas which gives the dining experience a more cosy and intimate touch.
