Sakura Kiseki Pancakes At FLIPPER'S Singapore
FLIPPER'S latest seasonal limited edition soufflé pancakes are the Sakura Kiseki Pancakes ($26.80).
This picture-perfect plate comes with five mini stacks of sakura-infused soufflé pancakes surrounding a scoop of mochi ice cream with ruby chocolate and strawberry cream, and decorated with two types of strawberries - Chitose and Fraise. It also comes with a little cup of sakura strawberry jam.

There's no denying that these pancakes are worth ordering just for photo purposes. We were expecting their usual pancakes but a pink version but were pleasantly surprised by the presentation - pancakes arranged into a shape of a sakura flower with the pancakes as the petals!
Thankfully, the cute little pancakes retain the same airy and light texture as the regular-sized pancakes but with a subtle floral flavour. The light sweetness of the pancakes were well balanced by the milky ice cream and tart strawberry cream and jam.
