#1: Marc Jacobs - Perfect Intense

A new scent has joined the Marc Jacobs lineup, and this time, it’s inspired by the fashion and beauty mogul’s personal motto: “I Am Perfect As I Am”. While its predecessor, Perfect, was pink with candy colours topping its cap, Perfect Intense is a luxe champagne-hued concoction accompanied by black and metallic gold details - with similar bow, star, and shoe motifs as part of the design.

The fragrance is said to be floral, with top notes of daffodil and jasmine, but is balanced out with warm heart and base notes of roasted almond and sandalwood.

Now here’s one TikTok-famous beauty product that’s been making its rounds on beauty junkies’ feeds. With over 100 million views and counting, Caudalie’s Vinergetic C+ Instant Detox Mask is highly lauded to be a life-changer, especially if you have oily skin. #3: MAC Cosmetics - MAC X L Collection

All Blinks in the area - rejoice! MAC Cosmetics has teamed up with Blackpink’s Lisa to launch the K-Pop star’s debut makeup collection. We’re talking the full works here, an eyeshadow palette, highlighter and blusher, liquid lipsticks, and liquid eyeliner.

As Lisa wanted the collection to have a “modern and glamorous feel”, she specially chose a glittery royal purple shade for the packaging - topped with her embossed signature in a fluoro-yellow, one of her favourite colours.

In fact, she had a heavy hand in curating the collection, and every shade and its name draws inspiration from things that are special to her. For example, the eyeshadows are named after her pet cats and most-loved ice cream flavours, and the highlighter is embossed with the image of an edelweiss - her favourite bloom.

#4: d program - Urban Damage Care Range

Created by top Japanese skincare brand Shiseido, d program is specially formulated with sensitive skin in mind. Adding on to their arsenal is a new Urban Damage Care range to fight off the ill-effects of pollution - something we city dwellers definitely need when we’re constantly surrounded by exhaust fumes, cigarette smoke, dust, and other external aggressors.

There are currently two products in this range, the first of which is the foamy Urban Damage Care Foaming Wash helps slough off grime without stripping the skin. The thick, densely-packed bubbles of the foaming cleanser helps create a cushion of sorts that prevents the skin from being dragged through hand contact.
