Something interesting about the food at LeVeL33 is that it's infused with beer brewing elements. Hops has a floral and citrusy flavour, Yeast adds an enriched aroma, Malt provides texture and Spent Grains enhances both flavour and texture.

They have different menus for weekday lunch, dinner and on weekends. Most are gluten-free and they also offer vegetarian options. Their weekday set lunch ($42) consists of an entree, main course and fruits & cheeses while the weekend lunch has items like BBQ Pork Ribs ($39.50) and Wagyu Tri-Tip ($46.50). Or you could go for their a la carte dinner menu with dishes like Corn-Fed AnXin Chicken ($32) and Black Garlic Carbonara ($26).

Panamericana isn't situated on top of a towering skyscraper like many of the restaurants in this list but the gorgeous surrounding greenery more than makes up for it. Located at the prestigious Sentosa Gold Club, this restaurant has out-of-Singapore vibes with a view of a lush, perfectly manicured lawn and the South China Sea.
You can opt to dine indoors where there are floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light and a subtle peek outside, or go for the al fresco seats to get the full glittering view.

While the restaurant is open from 12pm, the rooftop is available for dinner only. Some of their signature dishes are the sharing mains Wagyu Garlic Teppanyaki ($55), Crispy Ume Kurobuta Belly ($28) and Crusty Lamb Rack ($45). There's a good variety of meat-free items on their menu too.

The Australian restaurant menu reflects Australia's diversity so you can expect influences from around the world in their contemporary cuisine. Some menu items are the Australian rump cap with Chervil-infused red wine glaze and broccolini on the side ($60) and the Smoked Eel with US asparagus topped with parmesan cream, chives and feta ($28).

Located at the rooftop of Marina Bay Sands, the restaurant has an air conditioned seating area that also offers a view of the Singapore skyline.
